Each End Mill Holder is balanced to 15,000 RPM @ G6.3. Stubby gage lengths are available when Z-axis stroke is limited. Extended gage lengths are available for long reach applications such as machining on horizontal machining centers. Rigid Reach End Mill Holders feature a tapered body design that reduces vibration and enhances rigidity and are an excellent choice when machining at extended lengths. DualDRIVE End Mill Holders are designed to work with dual-contact spindles to provide superior rigidity under heavy side loads. CAT 40 End Mill Holders are manufactured to meet or exceed the H5 specification. H5 is an extremely accurate bore I.D. and provides improved T.I.R. for extended cutting tool life. When machining in tight areas make sure to try our Rigid Reach End Mill holders. It’s tapered design make its body more rigid,which is extremely important when milling at extended lengths.
